Delivery Information
All orders placed before 4pm (Sunday- Thursday) aim to be sent out the next day. Please be mindful that it may take longer during these times.
Please note that Bank Holidays and weekends can affect delivery time and your order may take longer to be delivered.

Overdue Parcels

All orders should be received within the set time frame but if your parcel has exceeded the time frame given please allow an extra 5 working days before getting in contact with us. Royal Mail advises that give it 20 working days before considering that the parcel is missing. Please be aware that it is very rare that a parcel will go missing. Refunds will be processed when Royal Mail reimburse us for the item, any further clarification please don't hesitate to contact us.
